Small charges.
Clear terms.

CardTend is a scheduled card-activity service from Summit Ave Technologies LLC. Live enrollment is not open yet. The sample wallet uses fictional cards; sandbox checkout uses test cards. Neither maintains activity on a real card. The following describes the service and the consent shown when payment testing is enabled.

What you authorize

You choose a US credit card you own and are authorized to use, then a schedule of one, three, or six months. Secure setup saves the card without starting paid service. After setup, CardTend shows the exact fee, tax, total, and recurring frequency. An unchecked consent box and a payment confirmation are required before the first charge. You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement.

Price and recurring service

The service fee is $0.99 for each successful charge on each enrolled card, plus applicable tax. Quarterly service is $3.96 per card per year before tax; monthly is $11.88 and six-month service is $1.98. The first charge occurs after your approval. Following confirmed success, the next date is scheduled one full interval ahead. Dates are displayed in UTC; issuer posting dates may differ. The service renews until you pause or cancel. If the total increases, we stop and request approval before charging.

The fee pays for CardTend

CardTend retains the service fee. It is not a deposit, savings contribution, payment to your issuer, or promise to pay money back. The service provides the selected recurring activity, schedule controls, payment verification, and records. You remain responsible for paying your card issuer and any interest or fees it charges.

Your issuer makes the decision

CardTend cannot guarantee that a card remains open, that its issuer treats a charge as sufficient activity, or that your credit score improves. We do not monitor your issuer’s account status. Review your issuer’s policies, statements, and notices. Choose a schedule appropriate for your account.

Pause or cancel online

Open your wallet, select a card, and choose Pause or Cancel schedule. You can also stop several cards together or close the entire account. Future application payment attempts stop immediately. A payment already processing may complete and appear in your history. A paused schedule resumes with a future date; there are no immediate or accumulated catch-up charges. A canceled schedule stays canceled.

Declines and interruptions

If your issuer declines a payment or needs authentication, automatic attempts stop. We do not charge a backup card. Your wallet shows the result and recovery steps. After an interruption, an uncertain payment is checked before any new attempt. Availability and exact posting times cannot be guaranteed; unresolved payments may require support.

Refunds and billing questions

Canceling stops future attempts and does not automatically refund a completed service charge. If you believe a charge was incorrect or unauthorized, contact us with its payment reference. We will investigate and correct billing errors. A refund or dispute cancels the affected schedule; its result appears separately from the original receipt. A failed refund or resolved dispute does not automatically restart billing. This policy does not limit any refund, dispute, or other rights you have under applicable law.
