CardTend is operated by Summit Ave Technologies LLC. This notice covers the sample wallet and the customer service being tested. Live enrollment is not open yet. Sandbox payments do not move real money.
Information we use
Customer accounts use your email address and a signed session cookie. Authentication records can include your IP address, browser information, session dates, and a hashed one-time sign-in code. We store card nicknames, card network, last four digits, expiration, a processor card fingerprint, payment-method references, schedules, accepted terms, payment results, receipts, support correspondence, and account actions. These records are personal information, even when linked through a hashed account identifier.
Card details stay with Stripe
When secure card setup is enabled, card numbers, security codes, and billing addresses are entered on Stripe’s hosted page. Our forms do not request card numbers or security codes. Stripe provides the limited card details needed to verify the selected credit card. We use the billing address held by Stripe to calculate applicable tax; we do not store that address in the application database.
Why we process information
We use information to authenticate you, run the schedules you authorize, verify payments, provide receipts and service notices, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet accounting and legal obligations. CardTend does not access your bank login, read transactions from outside this service, or determine whether your issuer will keep an account open.
Providers and email
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare host the application and database. Stripe processes card setup and payments. Resend delivers sign-in codes and service emails when configured. These providers process information needed for their role. We do not sell your personal information, use advertising trackers, or send marketing campaigns through this application.
Cookies and the sample wallet
Customer sign-in uses an essential, HTTP-only session cookie. Signing out revokes that session. The separate sample wallet uses the hosting platform’s sign-in and stores fictional card selections and simulated activity using the platform-provided identity. Sample receipts are not payment receipts. Please use fictional nicknames in the sample wallet.
Access and deletion
You can export your service records from your wallet or close your account. Closure stops all future attempts immediately. Pending payments must be resolved before saved payment methods and sign-in records can be removed. We retain transaction, consent, and other records needed for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Those retained records may still identify you indirectly; closure is not a promise of immediate erasure from every provider or backup.
